ABOUT LEAWOD
A: LEAWOD is a high-end custom door and window manufacturer that integrates R&D, design, production, sales, and installation. Since its establishment in 2000, the company has been consistently dedicated to the innovation and manufacturing of window and door products, and enjoys a strong reputation in China.
A: LEAWOD is located in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China, covering an area of approximately 240,000 square meters. It boasts the largest intelligent manufacturing base in Southwest China, with a comprehensive production capacity that leads the industry. The company has introduced world-class equipment, including German HOLZMA five-axis machining centers, Italian AME aluminum window five-axis machining centers, American fully automatic color sorters, German IPG large-scale laser drilling and cutting centers, and Swiss GEMA fully automatic integrated spraying production lines. The factory has an annual production capacity of one million square meters.
A: In terms of materials, LEAWOD's products mainly include thermally broken aluminum windows and doors, wood-aluminum composite windows and doors, and solid wood windows and doors. In terms of functions, they are categorized into energy-efficient windows, certified windows, smart windows, and more. With over 150 product series, we are able to meet diverse requirements across different countries, regions, and climatic conditions.
A: LEAWOD products are not only best-selling in China but are also exported to many regions worldwide, including North America, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Oceania. We are currently seeking agents and look forward to further cooperation and local presence.
TECHNICAL PROCESS
A: LEAWOD has a highly experienced R&D team led by doctors, holding over 200 patents in total. Core technologies such as R7 seamless welding technology, cavity foam filling technology, large-panel lightweight lifting technology, and integrated thermally broken wood-aluminum composite profiles have all been awarded patent certificates.
A: We provide integrated services covering R&D, production, and after-sales. The R&D process strictly follows international standards, with a rigorous technical development procedure from testing to mass production. Before product launch, we conduct three-performance tests (watertightness, air permeability, and wind load resistance) as well as U-value simulation tests to ensure product stability.
A: Yes. LEAWOD not only holds multiple patents but can also conduct dedicated R&D and targeted sales based on clients' unique technical and aesthetic requirements. We have already completed customized design and manufacturing for projects in Japan, the United States, Canada, and other regions.
PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATIONS
A: CSA Certification (obtained): LEAWOD officially obtained CSA certification (Canada) in 2021. CSA is one of the most authoritative standards development and certification bodies in Canada. The certification is primarily based on NAFS (North American Fenestration Standard/Specification, i.e., AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440) and the Canadian supplemental standard CSA A440S1. This certification sets clear requirements for physical performance such as wind load resistance, watertightness, and snow load resistance. In Canada, CSA certification serves as a key basis for demonstrating compliance with the National Building Code (NBC) requirements.
AS2047 (Australian window and door performance standard) Certification (in progress): Several LEAWOD products have been tested by SGS, an internationally recognized testing institute, in strict accordance with AS2047, and the test reports were issued on October 15, 2025. All product indicators met the high-performance grade requirements, with wind load resistance reaching the highest N6 level. Currently, LEAWOD's AS2047 certification is in its final stage – the preliminary document review and factory audit have been completed, and the final technical review is underway. Upon successful certification, LEAWOD will officially receive the AS2047 Certificate of Conformity.
A: LEAWOD strictly follows a technical R&D process from research, pilot testing, and trial production to mass production in line with international standards, and conducts three-performance tests (watertightness, air permeability, and water spray tests) as well as U-value simulation tests to ensure product stability. Based on the ISO 9001 system, we promote and implement 7S on-site standardized management. In accordance with the factory quality inspection procedures, before door and window delivery, we can conduct spot checks or full inspections via video, online, or on-site methods, as agreed with customers.
PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN
A: To facilitate a quick quotation, please provide a detailed window/door list with clear dimensions, quantities, and opening methods; glass thickness and type (single-glazed/double-glazed/laminated/other); glass color (clear/tinted/Low-E/other); and whether argon gas filling is required.
A: We support FOB (Free on Board) and EXW (Ex Works) as trade terms. The payment currency is USD, and we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the payment method.
A: For order amounts below RMB 50,000, 100% payment is required in advance. For orders above RMB 50,000, a 50% deposit is required upon order placement, with the balance paid before shipment.
A: We can provide samples at a preferential price in the early stage. After you place an order, the sample cost will be refunded according to the mutual agreement.
LOGISTICS & AFTER-SALES
A: Our standard packaging process includes film covering, EPE foam protection, plywood corner protectors, and tape fastening. We can also provide all-round protective packaging such as plywood crates and steel frames according to customer requirements. With extensive export experience, we have never received any customer complaints about packaging to date.
A: Yes. In accordance with our factory quality inspection procedures, customers can conduct product inspections online or at the factory prior to shipment.
A: You will receive systematic services ranging from pre-project solution optimization and door/window product supply to installation guidance. We also offer a five-year whole window warranty for our products.
A: Our factory is located in Sichuan Province, China, about 40 km from Chengdu. If needed, we can arrange a car to pick you up at the airport; the drive from the airport to the factory takes about one hour.
