Wood-aluminum windows are formed by separately processing aluminum alloy and wooden profiles before combining them into a complete wood-aluminum composite window. For customers overseas, it is important to understand that window quality can vary significantly. So how can you identify and select products from different factories? I believe the key lies in gaining insight into their manufacturing processes, quality control, and underlying philosophy.

For our company’s wood window components, we apply an integral coating process: the wooden profiles are soaked in primer before entering the production line. Every detail is handled with over twenty years of accumulated craftsmanship to ensure the stability and durability of the window structure.

Step 1: Cutting and Frame Assembling

After sealing the cut ends with adhesive, M nails are used for corner joints to prevent deformation and cracking.

Step 2: Overall Spraying

After frame assembly, the entire unit is sprayed, ensuring no height differences or gaps, resulting in a smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Step 3: Buckle

Made of nylon, durable for long-term use.

Step 4: Composite

Use buckles to fasten wood and aluminum alloy together, solving the problem of inconsistent coefficients of thermal expansion between different materials.

Step 6: Rack Testing

Before leaving the factory, every product must undergo rack testing — this is an indispensable step.

Step 7: Quality Inspection

In addition to quality checks during production, a final inspection is conducted before packaging to ensure that products leave the factory with no quality risks.
