Our company name has changed since December 28, 2021. The former name ”Sichuan Leawod  Windows & Doors Profile Co., Ltd.” has been officially changed to “Leawod Windows & Doors Group Co., Ltd.”. We hereby make the following statement concerning the name change:

1. Our company will launch a new company name: “Leawod Windows & Doors Group Co., Ltd.” on December 28, 2021.

2. After the name change of the company, the original bank and account number will be changed to the account under the new name. The tax number, contact number and fax number will remain.

3. From December 28, 2021, the original official seal, contract seal, financial seal and the others special business seal will cease to be used.

4. The change of company name will not affect the original rights and obligations of ours. The assets, creditor’s rights and debts of the original “Sichuan Leawod Windows & Doors Profile Co., LTD.” as well as all kinds of contracts, cooperation agreements and the others legal documents signed with foreign countries, are inherited by “Leawod Windows & Doors Group Co., Ltd.” according to law.
