Product Description

GLW85 is an outwad opening window with screen integration independently developed by LEAWOD company. LEAWOD is equipped with hidden folding nylon anti-mosquito gauze mesh for you, looks simple and beautiful. When you need to close the screen window, please open the window to more than the angle of 80 degrees, and then pull the window screen out from the side, it is always hidden when you don’t need it.

This outward opening window adopts R7 seamless welding technology, the use of cold metal excessive and saturated penetration welding technique, no gap in the corner position of the window, so that the window achieves seepage prevention, ultra silent, passive safety, extreme beautiful effect, more in line with the aesthetic needs of modern time.

At the corner of the window sash, LEAWOD has created an integral round corner with a radius of 7mm similar to that of a mobile phone, which not only improves the appearance level of the window, but also eliminates the safety hazard caused by the sharp corner of the opening window sash.

We fill the inner cavity of the aluminum profile with high density refrigerator grade insulation and energy saving mute cotton, no dead angle 360 degree filling, at the same time, the silence, heat preservation and wind pressure resistance of the window have been greatly improved again. The enhanced force brought by the profile technology that provides more creativity for the design and planning of the windows and doors of the large layout.

In this product, we also use a patented invention – drainage system, the principle is same as floor drain of our toilet, we call it the floor drain differential pressure non-return drainage device, we adopt the modular design, the appearance can be same color as aluminum alloy material, and this design can effectively prevent rain, wind and sand back irrigation, eliminate the howling.

In order to ensure the appearance quality of aluminum alloy powder coating, we established the whole painting lines, implements the whole window integration spraying.
